Dwight man sentenced in domestic dispute

A Dwight man has been sentenced in Livingston County Court in a domestic dispute that took place in January at a home in the 500 block of North Clinton Street in Dwight.  31 year old Daniel McMeen pleaded guilty to Aggravated Domestic Battery and Strangulation in February.  He was sentenced to 180 days in jail and two years’ probation. In exchange for the plea deal three other felony charges were dropped.   McMeen has two other convictions on his record for domestic battery in 2012 and 2013.
