Suspected robber shot/killed in Frankfort

A suspected armed robber is dead after he was shot at a bar in the southwest suburbs.  Authorities say two men armed with guns entered Ryan’s Pub in Frankfort Township early Saturday and demanded money from several patrons and employees.  One patron shot at the suspects, hitting one of them several times.  The suspect who was shot died, while the other drove off.  The incident is under investigation.
