Newton County man charged with two counts of intimidation against justices of the Indiana Supreme Court

Indiana State police have charged a Newton County man with two counts of intimidation for allegedly threatening the justices of the Indiana Supreme Court.  David Wayne Goetz the 2^nd of Morocco was arrested this week following an investigation in which police discovered Goetz sent threatening emails to the court and life threatening voicemails.  Officials say the message threatened a blood bath for the court and another said he had the right to kill every single cop and judge in the country.  He was taken into custody on Wednesday.
