May is Mental Health Awareness month and as part of the observance, the Kankakee County Health Department will be at the Kankakee Farmer’s Market tomorrow morning offering information on mental health. County Health Department Administrator John Bevis says while always important, mental health has been an especially pressing issue coming out of the pandemic
Bevis adds you can find out more about Mental Health Awareness Month and other programs by the Health Department by visiting their website or Facebook page. The Farmer’s Market runs from eight til noon in the parking lot across from the Library in downtown Kankakee.
