The new City of Kankakee vehicle stickers go on sale tomorrow at City Hall. Kankakee Mayor Chris Curtis
The stickers cost 35 dollars for passenger vehicles, 20 dollars for motorcycles and 45 dollars for trucks and busses. Curtis says City residents should be getting their reminder card in the mail, but if you don’t get it, you can still go in and have them look up the information to buy your sticker
The cost for the sticker doubles after July first. Also after the first you could be assessed a ticket that costs a hundred dollars plus the cost of the sticker. You can contact city hall at 815-933-0515 if you have a question.
