During last night’s meeting of the Bourbonnais Village Board, trustees gave the okay to an agreement which will expand the Village’s business district. Village Administrator Mike VanMill
VanMIll said the expansion would mean some 200-thousand dollars annually that can be used for capital improvements in the district.
