The Illinois State Police Department is cracking down on a growing trend of a large number of motorists gathering in large parking lots in Kankakee and Iroquois Counties who then proceed to drive recklessly, damage roadways and intimidate the public. One such crackdown occurred Monday morning when ISP received a report of a group of motorists driving recklessly through Iroquois county and ending at a local high school where one driver was seen by troopers squealing their tires and driving recklessly. 23 year old Tyler Linch of Monee was arrested on charges of reckless driving, criminal damage to property and unlawful possession of Cannabis.
