Storms Take Utility Poles

Storms Wednesday afternoon closed both the southbound exit and entrance ramps off I57 at exit 312.  State police say high winds blew over utility poles causing low hanging wires.  There were reports of trees down and power outages as well.  One of the outages forced the closure of the Kankakee County Courthouse for the afternoon.
