Oklahoma Man Arrested in Wilmington for Stealing a Car

An Oklahoma man is being held on 50 thousand dollars bond following his arrest by Wilmington Police in possession of a stolen vehicle.  26 year old Issac Loveall of Bokoshe, Oklahoma was also found to be in possession of a duffle bag full of what police say is evidence of financial crimes. The stolen vehicle was taken in Missouri.  Loveall was arrested at the Des Plaines Fish and Wildlife area.
