During last night’s meeting of the Bourbonnais Village Board, trustees gave final approval for a two family residence district off Burns Road between Prairie Harbor subdivision and the interstate. Mayor Paul Schore gave concerned citizens a chance to speak before the final vote was taken
Not everyone speaking out was against the development
Paul DeKruiff, VP of Acquisitions spoke on behalf of Redwood
After the meeting, Mayor Schore said the new development will add some much needed housing to the village
Trustees voted unanimously to move ahead with the project.
