Gardner Man Gets 17 Years

It’s 17 years in prison for a Gardner man after he pleaded guilty to armed robbery charges in Livingston County Court.  Prosecutors say Justin Happel robbed the Fast Stop Gas Station in Odell in November of 2021 at gunpoint before fleeing on foot.  No one was hurt in the robbery.
