R. Kelly says he won’t testify

R. Kelly isn’t planning to testify in his federal trial in Chicago.  The singer informed the judge of his intentions yesterday.  The judge also denied a motion filed by Kelly’s defense team asking that he acquitted of all charges.  His attorney’s began presenting their cases to the jury.  The trial resumes next Tuesday following a break for Labor Day weekend.
