State Police arrest Bourbonnais man on gun charges

Illinois State Police report the weekend arrest of a Bourbonnais man after a traffic stop on the Interstate. According to reports, officers stopped a car driven by 18-year-old Maurice R. Redeaux of Bourbonnais just north of Manteno Sunday for speeding and having an expired registration. Troopers arrested Redeaux for having a weapon in the car, an outstanding Warrant, Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, and No Valid Driver’s License.
