Man held on 50-thousand-dollar bond in suspected sexual assault

Bond has been set at 50,000 dollars for a Forrest, Illinois man who has been charged with sexual assault.  It happened at a home in Fairbury.  Police say they were called to the house on September 24th for a sexual assault in progress by the parents of their disabled daughter. They told 911 the woman was allegedly assaulted by a Hispanic male who was still outside the home.  When officers arrived they took 21 year old Ranulfo Quino into custody on a charge of Aggravated Criminal Sexual Assault of a Intellectually Disabled Person, that’s a class X Felony, and for Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse.
