Explosion and Fire at a Mazon Home

One person was hospitalized following some type of explosion and fire over the weekend in Mazon.  It happened at a home in the 100 block of East Gardner Saturday night.  Fire fighters found the victim inside, he was taken to the hospital for treatment.  His condition has not yet been released.  Damage is estimated at 10,000 to the bathroom of the home.  The cause is still under investigation.
