Incense starts fire

Burning incense appears to have started a fire Thursday which displaced three families, including 9 adults and one child. It began just after 3 yesterday afternoon in a first floor apartment of the 11 unit complex in the 900 block of East Willow and spread to a second.  Both units sustained heavy fire damage.  A third apartment suffered water damage.  Nobody was injured in the blaze.  Fire investigators say the fire was an accident that started when burning incense fell on a stuffed animal. Damage is put at 55 thousand dollars.
