Two Arrested in Ryan’s Pub Armed Robbery and Shooting Death

Two men are under arrest in connection with the April Armed robbery at Ryan’s Pub on Rt. 30 in Frankfort Township.  A third suspect was shot and killed by a customer when two of them burst into the pub and announced a robbery, threatening to shoot and kill everyone inside.  As the pair were leaving one of the customers drew his gun and shot both suspects, one multiple times, the other fled to a waiting vehicle.  23 year old Alvin Hodge of Chicago is being held on a million dollars bond and 25 year old Rashe Caldwell of Riverdale is held on half a million dollar bond, both have been charged with aggravated armed robbery.  Caldwell was the getaway driver and was in the car when shooting started. The 3^rd suspect died at the scene.
