Bradley police officer Tyler Bailey and the police procession escorting him back home has arrived at its final destination, the Bradley police Department. Tyler was released from rehab today almost a year since he was shot and seriously wounded at a Bradley hotel. A shooting that claimed the life of his partner Sgt. Marleen Ritmanic. Bradley Police Chief Don Barber said after their arrival that Tyler has been in the thoughts of everyone in the department since the night of the shooting.
Barber says there was no public comment from the family today, that may come in the future when Tyler is a bit stronger.
