A Fowler Indiana Teenager has been arrested on a charge of reckless homicide. 18 year old Joseph Kidwell allegedly shot 18 year old Jesse Bragg in the chest on Saturday at a home in Hope, Indiana north east of Columbus. Bragg died from his injuries. No other details have been released.
