Minooka Fire officials release more information about fire that claimed the life of an elderly man

Minooka Fire officials have released more information about a fire on Monday that claimed the life of an elderly man.   The victim, 82 year old Doit Ross, was unable to make it out of the burning home in time, but an elderly woman in the home did manage to escape, but suffered burns in the process and had to be hospitalized.  There’s no word on her condition.  The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
