No Golf Carts for Kankakee Streets

You won’t be seeing golf carts on the streets of Kankakee anytime soon.  At this week’s Ordinance Committee meeting a discussion about allowing the carts ended before it really ever got started when five members of the committee said that they will not support any ordinance allowing golf carts on city streets.  Those opposed say in the Daily Journal it would not be wise to mix golf carts with cars and trucks
