4 Dead in Newton County, Bad Heroin Blamed

Newton County Sheriff’s Deputies say there is a bad mix of smack currently going around Newton County that has resulted in numerous drug overdose calls and 4 overdose deaths.   You are advised to stay away from what is apparently a possibly deadly mix of Heroin and Fentanyl.  Newton County officials ask that you call 911 if you have any information concerning the deaths.
