Kouts, Indiana Woman Guilty of Not Paying Payroll Taxes

A woman from Kouts, Indiana has been found guilty of not paying federal payroll taxes for years at her healthcare practice.  64 year old Kathy Lynch who runs Kouts Healthcare failed to pay 65,000 dollars in federal payroll taxes withheld from her employees paychecks between 2013 an 2015.  Prosecutors say she used the money for personal expenses like car payments and her mortgage.
