Woodland Man Killed in Iroquois County Crash

A Woodland, Illinois man was killed in a single vehicle accident over the weekend in Iroquois County.   It happened Sunday on Rt 49 North of Rankin.  The Iroquois County Coroner’s Office identifies the victim as 54 year old Berry DuFrain.  The investigation found DeFrains vehicle left the roadway and struck a culvert before rolling in a field multiple times and bursting into flames.  DuFrain was pronounced dead at the scene.
