The second trial for a Paxton man charged with Enticement of a Minor didn’t go any better than the first. An appeals court ruled that the judge in the case was wrong and attorney’s for 54 year old Robert Shawn Anderson should have been able to argue police entrapment at his first trial. In the second trial that ended last week, Anderson was again convicted, this time prosecutors presented evidence that showed Anderson initiated the meeting with what he believed was a 15 year old on the app MeetMe. Instead, Anderson was met by police officers. He’s looking at 10 years to life at a July sentencing hearing
