Man Who Offered Kids Ride Home, Not a Danger

Braidwood police are giving the all clear today after two children were approached yesterday afternoon walking home from school by an older man driving a pickup truck near Cermak and English.  The man asked if the kids wanted a ride home. When they refused he drove away.  Today Braidwood police are saying they located the man, he lives in the neighborhood and was simply trying to be kind to the kids. They say he is no threat  to the children or public in general.
