Kankakee woman arrested for allegedly battering a nurse at Riverside Medical Center

A Kankakee woman was arrested last night after she allegedly battered a nurse at Riverside Medical Center as she was being discharged from the hospital.  According to city police 65 year old Deborah Marsh slapped the nurse in the face and scratched her neck.  She then followed the nurse out of the room they were in and hit her again.   When a second nurse came to assist her coworker, Marsh allegedly spit in the nurse’s mouth.  Marsh has been charged with aggravated battery.
