Wilmington Man Arrested for Possession of Stolen Vehicle

A Wilmington man has been arrested in Joliet while allegedly in possession of a stolen vehicle.  30 year old David Smalley was pulled over Monday night when officers recognized the Kia Sorento he was driving as being stolen from Crest Hill earlier in the day.  Joliet police say Smalley initially tried to run from officers, but quickly stopped and surrendered without incident.  Smalley is charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, obstruction of police, and driving on a suspended incense.
