Bike Ride Gone Bad in Kankakee

A burnout taillight on a bicycle led to a man arrested on drug charges last night in Kankakee.  City police say 35 year old Gregory King was stopped by officers for a safety check for riding without a working tail light and was warned of the dangers of riding at night wearing dark clothing.  Police ran a check on King and found he was on parole. They then initiated a search that police say turned a stash of heroin hidden in his shoe.
