Bradley Stg. Lewis Remembered

It was 26 years ago today the Village of Bradley was stunned by the loss of Bradley Police Sgt. Will Lewis. Lewis died just hours after celebrating his 50th birthday as he was assisting Illinois State Police at an accident scene on I-57 at exit 315.   Sgt. Lewis was struck and killed by a passing motorists who had become distracted. On their Facebook page today, Bradley police say they won’t dwell on how Will died, but, rather, on how he lived.
