Carbon Hill Man Arrested on Child Abuse Charges

A Carbon Hill man has been charged with aggravated Domestic battery and Endangering the life of a child after he allegedly, repeatedly battered his 9 month old son in a home in the 600 block of West Judson Street in Carbon Hill.  Grundy County Sheriff’s police say the boy’s mother provided video evidence of 22 year  old Christopher Cruickshank battering the child on three different occasions.  Cruickshank was arrested Thursday by Grundy County Deputies.  At the time of his arrest Cruickshanke was already out on pretrial release from an earlier domestic  incident in November of last year
