Iroquois County Sheriff’s Police report a pair of arrests. Deputies say they were called to rural Milford Saturday for a suspicious person in the area. When they got there, deputies say they made contact with 42-year-old George F. Elpers Junior who was allegedly found to be in possession of stolen motorcycle. Elpers was taken into custody by Iroquois County Deputies.
On Sunday, Iroquois County Police say they were called to the 100 block of North McNeil in Thawville for a suspected burglary. Deputies say they made contact with 32-year-old Travis M. Dickinson of Thawville a short time later. Dickinson was charged by Iroquois County Sheriff’s Police with theft along with drug and weapons charges
