Man Gets Five Years on Child Sex Charge

A Livingston County man has been sentenced to five years behind bars in Livingston County Court to a charge of aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a child under the age of 13.  28 year old Logan McPherson was arrested by Fairbury police in 2023. Prosecutors say the two knew each other.  Upon his release McPherson will have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
