Man Shot in Domestic Disturbance Dies

A domestic disturbance in Monee early Sunday morning ended with a man dying at the hospital.  According to Monee police they were called to the 26,100 block of Plum Tree Lane by a woman who met officers outside the home.  Inside the home they found a 39 year old man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.  He was treated at the scene and taken to the hospital where he died.  Police say the woman was also hospitalized for unspecified reasons.  A weapon was found at the scene.  The shooting is still under investigation.
