New Solar Farm Approved for Grundy County

The Grundy County Board has given its approval for the construction of a solar farm to be located in the Goose Lake area.  The 6.5 megawatt farm will be on 32 acres of pasture land off North Dresden Road. Construction of the solar farm is expected to begin next year.
