Police K9 Gets Bulletproof Vest

The White County Indiana Sheriff’s office has received a gift that dog lovers everywhere can appreciate.  Their K9 that answers to the name of Knox has been given a bulletproof vest.  The bullet and stab proof vest was donated by the group Vested Interest in K9’s Inc.  The vest is a custom fit and will be delivered in about 10 weeks.  The vest is worth 1,800 dollars.  The group has vested over 5,800 dogs in the U.S. over the years with 6.9 million dollars in donations.
