Illinois State Police to hold special patrols

Illinois State Police have announced they’ll conduce Occupant Restraint Enforcement or OREP patrols tonight in Kankakee, Ford and Iroquois Counties. Troopers say the special patrols allow them to focus on seat belt and child safety seat laws. OREP patrols are part of the State’s “Click it or Ticket” campaign.
