The CHAOS Task force, which is based in the Livingston County town of Fairbury has been busy over the last few days.
On Monday, Colfax Police, a part of the task force wrapped up an investigation into 35-year-old Matthew V Cummings of Bellflower Illinois. Cummings had allegedly been in communication with a 15-year-old and had allegedly made arrangements to meet the teen for sex at a location in Cooksville. Colfax police arrested Cummings on charges of grooming, indecent solicitation of a child, and traveling to meet a child.
Last Friday El Paso Police arrested 53-year-old Toby Ellison of Mattoon after he allegedly made plans to meet another teen for sex. Ellison was arrested on various child sex related charges including sexual exploitation of a child
