Pontiac Father and Son Killed in Crash

A Pontiac man and his adult son were both killed in an accident on Thanksgiving in Rural LaSalle County.  The two vehicle rollover accident occurred at Rt. 170 and North 19th Road about 11:30 Thursday morning. The Grundy County Coroner’s office says 57 year old Daniel W. Wilson, and his son, 24 year old Drew, were traveling northbound on Route 170  when a westbound vehicle struck theirs as it entered the roadway at North 19th.  Both men were transported to Morris Hospital, where they were pronounced dead.  The LaSalle County Sheriff’s Department and Grundy County Coroner’s office are investigating.
