Call for Person in River, False

Kankakee Police were called to Schuyler Ave. Bridge on Sunday afternoon for what was believed to be a possible person in the frigid water.  When officers arrived they were able to see a yellow reddish object in the water about 50 yards from the bridge. Police say upon closer examination the object appeared to be a blanket or sweater.
