Shippert Attorneys Hope to Block Testimony

In Kankakee County Court this week, attorney’s for former Iroquois County Health Department Administrator Dee Ann Schippert asked that the prosecution be barred from introducing evidence on Schipperts alleged gambling and opposition to the Lgbtqia plus agenda.  Arguing both are irrelevant to the case.   According to the Ford County Chronicle, Schippert is charged with taking over 100,000 dollars from the health department by falsifying timesheets, and taking grant money to pay her overtime from COVID 19 relief funding.  Schippert is charged with 33 felonies.
