Paxton Increases Number of Liquor Licences

Dec 25, 2024 | 8:41 AM
The Paxton City Council has approved increasing the number of class B and C liquor Licenses available to city businesses.  The change is to accommodate a developer planning to turn the now closed Auto laundry and Lube Center off I-57 and convert it to a quick serve restaurant and gas station.  The changes will allow for liquor to be served at the restaurant and sold at the gas station and would also allow for gaming machines at the location.
