Indiana making plans to redraw border with Illinois?

The Indiana House Republican Caucus intends to redraw state lines and enlarge the Hoosier state.  Indiana House Speaker Todd Huston announced a plan to welcome 30 Illinois counties into Indiana.  He authored House Bill 1008 to create an Indiana-Illinois Boundary Adjustment Commission.  The bill is being heard in the House Government and Regulatory Reform Committee.
