Benton County Fatal Crash Tuesday

There was a fatal accident in Benton County, Indiana Tuesday.  Indiana State police say a 1993 Chevy was westbound on Benton County 300 South Road at U.S. 41 about 5 Tuesday evening, when the driver blew a stop sign and was struck by a semi heading north on 41.  The driver of the Chevy was pronounced dead at the scene.  The victim’s ID is still pending notification of family.  The driver of the truck, a 64 year old man from Michigan, was not hurt.
