Sullivan Sentencing this Afternoon

A sentencing hearing is planned for this afternoon for convicted cop-killer Darius Sullivan. Back in September, Sullivan was convicted of killing Bradley Police Sergeant Marlene Rittmanic and seriously injuring her partner then Officer Tyler Bailey. Judge Kathy Bradshaw-Elliot will first hear a motion from Sullivan’s defense for a new trial and depending on the outcome of that hearing could move on to his sentencing.
