The defense attorneys for Richard Allen are asking a judge to vacate his conviction for the murders of Abby Williams and Libby German.  Allen was convicted in November of their deaths in 2017 and sentenced to 130-years in prison.  His attorneys mention a possible confession from another person in their 24-page motion along with the validity of his safekeeping order.  They are also planning to appeal Allen’s conviction
