Less than a day after he was sentenced to life in prison on Tuesday in Kankakee County Court, convicted cop killer Darius Sullivan was transferred from the Jerome Combs Detention Center in Kankakee to the Illinois Department of Corrections to be taken to the facility where he will spend the rest of his life. The transfer is being reported by an Illinois Victims’ rights group that keeps track of convicted inmates. Sullivan was convicted in the killing of 49 year old Bradley Police Sgt. Marlene and for the attempted murder of her partner that night Sgt. Tyler Bailey in December of 2021.
