Former Kankakee Alderman passes

If you notice the black bunting on Kankakee City buildings this week, it’s to honor the passing of a long-time city Alderman. In a Facebook post, officials say former 4th Ward Alderman Jerry Enright, who sat on the City Council for a decade has passed away. Enright was 94-year-old.
