Second suspect arrested in Peotone theft

Peotone Police report a second arrest in connection with the theft of lottery tickets from the Peotone Travel Center. Thursday, agents from the US Marshal’s Great Lakes Regional Task Force arrested 26-year-old Terrell L. Ferrell of Chicago for an incident January 4th where he allegedly walked into the Travel Center, grabbed the lottery ticket display and took off with two other people holding the door for him. Ferrell and the others are also thought to have committed similar crimes in Matteson, New Lennox and Chicago. Ferrell has been charged with robbery, burglary and theft.
