Winter storm expected mid-week

Another winter storm is heading for Illinois by the middle of the week, with the prospect of dumping several inches of snow across the region.  Forecasters say the best chance for more snow will come by Wednesday with a narrow band of one to two inches of snow expected across the northern part of the state.  The southern half of the region will see mostly rain — possibly freezing rain — as temperatures hover just above freezing.
